Fender Limited Edition John Mayer Signature Stratocaster

A stunning matched set! Grammy winner and Fender signature artist John Mayer has teamed up with Fender for a second limited run, pairing a custom John Mayer Incase tour bag with a matching Artist series Stratocaster electric guitar in a Cypress Mica finish. The guitar's C-shaped maple neck sports a satin finish and African rosewood fretboard with big Dunlop 6105 frets for a super-comfortable, fast feel you can really dig into. Gloss finish on headstock face and vintage '50s decal combine with 3-ply parchment pickguard and unique Cypress Mica finish for a fabulous look.

The alder body sports an American vintage synchronized tremolo with five springs. The back tremolo cover plate is included, but not installed. The string tree is slightly closer to the nut, just the way John Mayer likes it. Three Big Dipper™ single-coil Strat pickups have a special "scooped" midrange voicing. Amp knobs replace traditional tone and volume knobs on the guitar for an even more unique look.

Godin Velocity

The Godin Velocity is an electric guitar that features a double-horned body, comprised of a silver leaf maple center with poplar wings and a gorgeous natural, solid, high-flame maple top, unique to each guitar. The Velocity is the first Godin electric guitar to feature the Godin High-Definition Revoicer. The H.D.R. revoices and augments the frequency range of each pickup and allows you to go from passive to active pickups with the simple push of a button. The H.D.R. gives guitarists the best of both worlds. The Velocity s growl is powered by 2 Godin GS-1 single coil pickups as well as the beefy tone and high output of the SH-5 Duncan Custom humbucker by Seymour Duncan for serious crunch and an aggressive bite.

The ease of the Velocity guitar s 22 fret, rock maple neck is thanks in part to Godin s Ergocut shaping technique. It gives each Godin neck an extremely comfortable worn-in feel for effortless playability and lightning speed!

Other features include a vintage tremolo bridge, optional maple or rosewood fingerboard, 5-way switch and a stunning high-gloss finish.

About Godin Guitars: With its early beginnings in 1972, the Godin Guitar family includes 6 lines of guitars.
